The combination of China’s huge industrial growth and the accompanying need to improve their industrial safety record opened the door for Calgaz to supply calibration gases to our global customers opening facilities there. In order to maintain the same level of excellence provided in the United States in customer service, logistics and quality, and meet our customer’s expectations that we demonstrate a commitment to this new geographic market, Ms. Wei Wei Jiang has been relocated to Shanghai to be in charge of the sales and operations in that region. With the existing distribution center located at Shanghai WaiGaoQiao FTZ, we are able to deliver to 100 main cities and areas inside China, facilitate importing for customers without import license as well as trading in RMB. The setup of Calgaz China will enable us to take a step further towards providing fully localized services such as issuing VAT invoices, same day delivery, self collection and local literature, which will also effectively reduce the costs for our customers.
